FIRST VISIT TO NORDIC CRYOBANK

What does a sperm bank look like from the inside? What goes on there? It’s not as strange as you might well believe. In the film you can see how it works when you are a donor. 

On your first visit to the sperm bank, all you have to do is to simply submit a semen sample:
You give your name at the reception and show your ID. Then you get a cup for the sample and we show you to a donor room, where you make the sample.

When finished, leave to the sperm sample at the reception. Before you leave, we ask you how many hours it is since your last ejaculation. It must be between 48 and 72 hours.

If you have questions, please feel free to ask us.

Within a week you get an email, telling you if your sperm quality is good enough to become a donor. If so, you continue in the process. You can read more about it here. If you have any question, please contact us.

If you are nervous before your first visit to the sperm bank, then remember that we work with sperm samples every day. So for us, it’s no different than giving blood.
